I love Pinterest. I probably love it more than I should. For me, Pinterest is part reference site (especially around dinner time), part how-to (hair tutorials!), and part grown-up daydreaming (oh, the places I could travel!) I think that many women share my love of the Pin - for a humorous look at our relationship with Pinterest, watch Iliza Schlesinger's bit on it (NSFW language). The downside to Pinterest is that the volume of information is overwhelming and without any sort of curation you can waste hours sorting through lackluster content for items you're actually interested in. Today, I'm sharing five Pinners with great "pin-worthy" boards you should be following. I admit that I have never used the Stylebook Closet App, but its Pinterest boards are amazing! Full of tips on closet organization, building a wardrobe and personal style, I highly recommend following this board to anyone who is sometimes overwhelmed by fashion or struggles with storage (check out Jewelry Storage for ideas on keeping your Moon Star Adri pretties organized). Adored Vintage's boards embody and extol the romantic side of vintage. Muted colors and soft textures feature prominently on the boards (Floral & Botanical, Visual Patterns) Need an update on your look? Trying to find a new cut or color? Looking for tips and tricks? Beauty Editor has you covered. Boards range from the hyper-detailed (Cat Eye) to broader beauty (Skincare Tips). Only check out Couture Allure Vintage Fashion's boards if you are ready for some seriously drool-worthy vintage fashion. With boards dedicated to decades (Edwardian Lovelies to the 1990's) and designers (Chanel, Dior) it's easy to spend hours daydreaming of vintage clothing. Drinking Fashionista is a fashion editor, and her boards cover both fashion, home decor, and travel. Her boards are wonderfully specific - everything from "Handbag Hitlist" to "Tasty Bites" to "Lake Living." One of her most beautiful boards is "C o l o r I n s p i r a t i o n". This board showcases how almost anything can spark an idea or color palette. What about you? Who are your favorite pinners? What do you look for most often on Pinterest? Let me know in the comments!
